We carried out a full refurbishment of this large two-bedroom flat within a Grade II listed building in Shrewsbury town centre, transforming the layout and adding a modern en-suite bathroom. We also assisted in securing listed building consent and obtained approval from the freeholder for the works, ensuring all renovations were fully compliant.
